Thrive in Pharma is led by Dr. Woghiren, a U.S.-trained Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) working in the pharmaceutical industry. Her work focuses on drug safety, pharmacovigilance, and strengthening systems that support patient safety across global markets.

In addition to her corporate role, Dr Woghiren regularly engages with pharmacy students and professional communities to demystify industry pathways and build career capability.

Translating Academic and Clinical Pharmacy Training into Pharmaceutical Industry Readiness.

6-week accelerator | Application-based

The Thrive in Pharma Scholars Program is a 1:1 guided 6-week accelerator designed to support PharmD students and early-career professionals preparing for pharmaceutical fellowships and industry careers.

Selected participants become Thrive in Pharma Scholars and learn how to translate their clinical and academic training into industry-relevant capabilities and positioning.

Each cycle is intentionally limited to a small number of scholars to ensure focused engagement and meaningful guidance.

Program investment: $475

The program investment has been intentionally structured to remain accessible to students while maintaining a focused, high-quality personalized experience.
