TERMS OF SERVICE | Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC (operating as Thrive in Pharma™)

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services, programs, coaching, consulting, products, and intellectual property offered or provided by Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, operating under the client-facing brand name Thrive in Pharma™.
By engaging with the Company, clients, participants, and users (“Client,” “Participant,” “User”) agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services & Programs
The Company offers professional development services, including but not limited to:
Individual and group coaching programs
Workshops, intensives, and leadership development programs
Consulting services for organizations, academic institutions, and mission-aligned partners
Speaking engagements, panel moderation, and facilitation
Digital resources, workbooks, templates, and toolkits
The upcoming book and associated materials authored by Dr. Osamagbe V. Woghiren, PharmD
All services, products, and materials are offered for educational and professional development purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
3. Legal Entity Clarification
All engagements, agreements, services, programs, and transactions are legally entered into with Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC. Thrive in Pharma™ is a client-facing brand name only and does not constitute a separate legal entity.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in specific agreements or where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the CCPA or GDPR where applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, programs, workshops, materials, and publications, including the upcoming book and digital products, are the sole intellectual property of Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to access resources for personal or internal organizational development only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or public distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality, Data Privacy & Ethics
The Company and its representatives respect the confidentiality and data privacy rights of all clients, participants, and organizations.
All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other data protection laws relevant to our clients’ jurisdictions.
Sensitive information shared will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of proprietary methods, insights, and materials shared by the Company.

7. Role of Founder, Workforce & Third-Party Protection
All services are delivered by Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC and its authorized representatives, including but not limited to Dr. Osamagbe V. Woghiren, PharmD, Founder & Chief Professional Development Officer (CPDO).
Engagement with the Company does not create a personal, employer-employee, or fiduciary relationship with Dr. Woghiren or any Company representatives individually.
All services are provided independently of Dr. Woghiren’s corporate employer(s). Engagements with the Company do not represent, imply, or constitute an endorsement, obligation, or responsibility of any outside employer or associated third party.
8. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer
Client acknowledges that outcomes from services and programs depend on individual effort, industry conditions, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
The Company is not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from participation in services, use of materials, or reliance on coaching or consulting.
9. Scheduling & Cancellations
For coaching, consulting, or live sessions, cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion, aligned with these Terms and any signed agreements.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
For clients outside the United States, local consumer protections and data privacy rights apply where relevant; however, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under Wyoming jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local law.
12. Updates to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thrive in Pharma & Beyond LLC, its owners, officers, directors, contractors, employees, and representatives, including but not limited to Dr. Osamagbe V. Woghiren, PharmD, Founder & Chief Professional Development Officer (CPDO), shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruptions, arising from or related to the use of our services, programs, products, content, or this website.
In any case, the Company’s total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to the Company for the services giving rise to the claim.
Clients, participants, and users acknowledge that they engage with the Company at their own risk and are solely responsible for their own due diligence, decisions, and actions.
